Week 1 Highlights and Week 2 Printout

 Hi everyone,

Welcome back to school! I'm so happy to see all the students back IN PERSON! Even though we only had 3 days of school this week, it was a rather productive one. Anyways, here's what happened in week 1.

  • Each student should have received a communication book, language handbook, and a homework notebook this week. Make sure to cover all of these books in order to prevent them from getting damaged throughout the semester.
  • We finished learning lesson 1 vocabulary in their language handbook and lesson 1 story in their softcover (SC) Journeys textbook.
  • We played some ice-breaker games to get to know each other more!
I have to say that I'm genuinely impressed by each student's ability quickly acclimate to their pre-lockdown learning routine. We'll have a virtual open night on Google Meet on Thursday, September 9th. I hope that all of you will be able to attend! I will be going over the learning expectations for 4th grade and will answer any questions that you may have. Please take a look below at what we will be learning next week:
